Four, two-hour coaching sessions with you and me
Work through your goals, and create the plan for you to achieve them
A systematic process ensuring that you’re never searching for answers before you have to
the wrap up
45 minutes with you and your line manager to review your progress and discuss next steps
75 minutes with you and me to ensure you know where you’re headed and finalise your development plan
